Merudio offers two work options:
- the flexibility of freelance work as an independent contractor; or
- the support of full-time, in-house employment with a talented team.
Our freelance editors have the freedom to create their own schedules, selecting from a wide variety of orders based on the service, document, and due date. Rather than chasing clients, our freelance editors can simply focus on editing, and they can rest easy knowing that they will always be paid promptly.
In-house employees, who have the option of working in one of our comfortable offices in Chatham or Montreal, receive robust medical and dental benefits, a generous wellness allowance, and personal and vacation time. What's more, flexible work schedules and team events help to create a great atmosphere, and employees are also enrolled in the company's profit-sharing plan, which provides regular bonuses.
